بررسی اثرات تحریم بین المللی بر متغیرهای کلان اقتصادی ایران

چکیده
ابعاد اقتصادی و حقوقی تحریم‌ها و همچنین تنوع آنها، ارزیابی دلالت‌های مرتبط با تحریم بر متغیرهای کلان اقتصادی را دشوار می‌سازد، علاوه بر آن کمی‌سازی پدبده تحربم خود به عنوان مشکل بزرگی محسوب می‌شود. در گام اول مطالعه حاضر تلاش گردید تا شاخصی جدید برای تحریم در مدلسازی اقتصادی مورد بهره‌برداری قرار گیرد. بدین منظور با بکارگیری روش تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی شاخص مذکور محاسبه و سری زمانی این شاخص برای دوره 89-1357 ایجاد گردید. در این خصوص دوازده متغیر که دارای اثرپذیری بالایی از تحریم‌ها بودند در فرایند شاخص‌سازی تحریم مورد بهره‌برداری قرار گرفتند. در ادامه با استفاده از تکنیک حداقل مربعات سه مرحله‌ای پیرامون یک الگوی کلان اقتصادی کوچک، دلالت‌های مرتبط با تحریم‌ها بر متغیرهای مهم کلان اقتصادی نظیر رشد اقتصادی، تجارت، سرمایه‌گذاری و اشتغال مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. بر اساس یافته‌های این تحقیق، آثار مستقیم تحریم‌ها تنها در خصوص رشد اقتصادی و رابطه مبادله معنادار است. همچنین به نظر می‌رسد که رابطه مستقیمی میان شدت تحریم‌ها و آثار آن بر متغیرهای اقتصادی وجود دارد.

Assessment of International Sanctions on Iranian Macroeconomic Variables

چکیده English

Legal and economic dimensions of sanctions, and also its diversity make it difficult to evaluate the contribution of the sanctions on macroeconomic variables; besides quantification of sanction by itself is a major problem. As the first step in this study, we try to offer a new index for representing the sanction in economic modeling. For this purpose by applying the exploratory factor analysis approach, we try to measure the mentioned index and produce the time series for the period of 1978-2010; here twelve variables which are mainly affected by the sanctions included in related process. Then, applying three-stage least squares (3SLS) method for a small macroeconomic model, the contribution of the sanctions on major economic variables such as economic growth, trade, investment and employment are evaluated. According to the findings of this study, the direct effects of sanctions are only significant in growth and term of trade equations. It seems also that there is a direct relationship between severity of the sanctions and its impact on major economic variables.
